Scott McCarron posted a 67 on Sunday at Narita Golf Club to win the Mastercard Japan Championship by three shots at 13-under. He cruised past Billy Andrade and Kirk Triplett, who finished in a tie for second at 10-under.
McCarron made three birdies against one bogey on the front nine and then took control of the tournament with birides on 12, 14 and 17. He made par on 18 to begin the celebration.
McCarron uses two Exotics hybrids in his bag, our very popular EXS Hybrid which is suitable for every level of golfer, and then the CBX 119 which is the latest product from Tour Edge Golf.
The modified CBX 119 design was based on feedback from the Exotics PGA Tour Professional staff and led to a more compact design with a taller face that produces more power and even less spin. The larger Beta Titanium face makes for more face flex, or CT, making the hybrid hotter off of the face than its previous iteration.
Tour Edge Exotics EXS and CBX 119 product line now available CUSTOM BUILT from Precision Fit Golf, Newtown Golf Range, Tramore.
